 Amanda Deguia, a San Diego native, stands as both the Owner and Chef behind a culinary journey spanning 13 years. She has worked in some of San Diego’s finest restaurants, taking away valuable skills for success This culinary journey began during Amanda's teenage years, sparked by her fascination with cooking shows and nurtured by the wisdom passed down from her late grandmother. These experiences led her to contribute to family meals and special occasions, setting the stage for a future filled with culinary creativity.  After exploring various colleges and majors post high school, she was drawn back to the world of culinary arts, inspiring her to enroll in a culinary school. She turned that passion into a honed skill with a culinary journey working alongside culinary experts in dining establishments throughout San Diego.  Mastering many roles within the restaurant and developing a vision and desire to provide high end quality food and experiences, in an environment of class with down-to-earth vibes and energy, has defined her as one of the more unique and one-of-a kind boutique catering companies.
