Being born and raised as a traditional Filipina, I was taught early on to 'care' for the household and family, with cooking and feeding as a main focus. I learned from my grandmother one day, who showed me how to make my breakfast on a random Saturday, and the spark ignited from there. I instantly fell in love with cooking and would run home from school each day just to make the 4-5pm block of Great Chefs and Great Chefs of the World. That point forward, I was always in the kitchen cooking and learning from my grandmother as much as I could. Fast forward years later, and here I am with my own catering company! 13 years in the food industry, culinary school graduate, and a few prestigious chefs and restaurants I've had the humbling experience learning and growing from. My vision for this catering is to bring the focus and center back onto the quality of food. I've seen too many times catering companies scale so big and lose their quality on the product itself, just to produce the numbers. I want to change that. I want to bring the refinement and high standard of restaurant dining, to a catered event, where every bite is reminiscent of that one five-star meal you had at your favorite restaurant. Where every meal is crafted and created all from scratch, locally sourced ingredients and products, and you can literally taste the love and passion for what we do.
